What this website collects
The site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social media code, and nothing on it tracks you across sites. Its fonts are served from the site itself.
Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting company, which processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver pages and protect the site. The host handles that information under its own privacy policy.
The host may also count page visits and taps on the Call, Text and Book links, without cookies and without identifying you. A count shows that a page was opened or a link was tapped, on which page, and general details such as the website that linked here, the type of browser and device, and an approximate location. It is not tied to your name, your phone number or anything you write on this site.
Submitting a case file
The case file page lets you write an account of your matter, list people and dates, attach photos, documents and recordings, and add links. Nothing you enter or attach is stored on this website or sent to a server. When you finish, the page drafts a short text message on your own phone, with only your reference and how to reach you, and you decide whether to send it. Your files stay on your device until Daniel arranges a secure way to receive them.
While you work, everything stays in that browser tab. Closing the tab clears it.
When you call or text
The Call and Text links open the phone app on your own device. The website never sees the call or the message.
When you call or text (572) 246-7839, Fuller Investigations receives what any phone receives: your number, any caller ID name, the time, any voicemail and the content of your texts. Phone companies on both ends handle this information under their own policies.
Calls and texts are used only to respond to you, to arrange a consultation, and to evaluate and handle your matter. Your number is not added to any marketing list.
Text messages can be seen by anyone with access to your phone. If texts or voicemail are not safe for you, say so on your first call, and only the contact method you choose will be used.
Information about your matter
What you share in a consultation or during an engagement is kept confidential and disclosed only as you direct or as the law requires. It is used to decide whether Fuller Investigations can help, to check for conflicts, to prepare the written agreement and to do the agreed work.
Fuller Investigations does not confirm to anyone whether a person is or was a client.
Confidential does not mean legally privileged. Contacting a private investigator does not by itself create attorney-client privilege.
Information about other people
Investigations involve information about people other than the client. That information is gathered only by lawful means, used only for the agreed purpose, and kept confidential under the same rule.
Research from Fuller Investigations is not a consumer report and may not be used to decide anyone’s eligibility for employment, housing, credit or insurance.
Your choices
You can read the whole site without calling, texting or booking.
You can ask what inquiry information Fuller Investigations holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by calling or texting (572) 246-7839. Some records must be kept to meet legal duties or duties owed to a client.
Children
This site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and questions
When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date.
