Where is Fuller Investigations based?
In Oklahoma City, and nowhere else. There is no public office, no second location and no address to visit.
You do not need to come to Oklahoma City to start. The first consultation is free, and it can be a phone call, a video call or a meeting in the Oklahoma City area, arranged privately.
Call (572) 246-7839 or send a text from any part of the state. Calls and texts are answered 24/7.
Does Daniel take matters outside Oklahoma City?
Yes, anywhere in Oklahoma. Daniel Fuller is the only investigator and handles every matter personally. The person you speak to first is the person who makes the trip.
Two Oklahoma licenses stand behind that. Daniel is licensed by CLEET, the Oklahoma agency that licenses private investigators, and holds a process server license issued by the courts.
Oklahoma requires private investigators and investigative agencies to be licensed by CLEET before they operate. 59 O.S. § 1750.4(A)
Daniel Fuller holds a private investigator license, and Fuller Investigations holds an investigative agency license. Both are State of Oklahoma licenses.
Private process servers in Oklahoma are licensed by the presiding judge of a judicial administrative district, and the license is valid statewide. 12 O.S. § 158.1
Daniel Fuller holds an Oklahoma private process server license, so process serving reaches every Oklahoma county.
Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Which parts of Oklahoma does Daniel travel to?
All of it. The table lists the six cities marked on this site's map of Oklahoma, each with its road miles from Oklahoma City. They are reference points: only Oklahoma City is a base.
| City | Road miles from Oklahoma City | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Oklahoma City | 0 | The base, in central Oklahoma. Daniel Fuller works from here, and in-person consultations are arranged privately in this area. |
| Norman | 19.9 | In Cleveland County, south of Oklahoma City. It is the nearest of the five, so field work there adds the least mileage. |
| Stillwater | 67.9 | In Payne County, north-central Oklahoma. A private investigator for a Stillwater matter comes from Oklahoma City on dates agreed in advance. |
| Lawton | 88.7 | In Comanche County, southwest Oklahoma. Records research for a Lawton matter can often be done without travel, and field days are scheduled ahead. |
| Enid | 92.3 | In Garfield County, northwest Oklahoma. Enid work is planned as a trip north from Oklahoma City. |
| Tulsa | 106.7 | In Tulsa County, northeast Oklahoma, the farthest of the five. There is no Tulsa office: a Tulsa matter is handled on a scheduled trip. |
Each figure is the shortest route by road from the center of Oklahoma City to the center of the other city, measured on public road data. It is a distance, not a drive time.
A town that is not in the table is still in the service area. Fuller Investigations takes matters anywhere in the state, from the Panhandle to the southeast corner, and a longer trip is planned in advance like any other.
How is out-of-town work arranged?
Field work away from Oklahoma City is planned as a trip, with dates agreed in advance. Daniel sets the schedule around the question you need answered, not around a fixed route.
It begins the way every matter does: a free first consultation, then a written agreement and a retainer before any work, as how it works explains.
Mileage is one of the factors that set the cost, with hours, database or records fees and the retainer. All of it is set out in the written agreement before work begins. Fuller Investigations does not publish rates, and the cost guide explains each factor.
Travel takes planning, so no arrival time is promised for any place, in the table or beyond it.
If someone is in danger right now, call 911. Fuller Investigations is not an emergency service.
What work needs no travel?
Records research, locates and background investigations can often be done from Oklahoma City, wherever in the state the person or the matter is.
- Locates and skip tracing combine lawful records research with field checks to confirm a current address. The records work needs no trip. A field check may.
- Background investigations are for personal, legal and business research. They are not for hiring, renting, credit or insurance decisions.
- Online and social media research covers public online sources, saved with the date and web address of each capture.
Other work happens where the people and places are. Surveillance, witness interviews, accident scenes and process serving all mean a trip when the matter is outside Oklahoma City.
What do people ask about distance?
Does Fuller Investigations have an office in Tulsa?

Can Daniel serve papers outside Oklahoma County?
Yes. An Oklahoma process server license is valid statewide (12 O.S. § 158.1), and Daniel holds one.
Fees are agreed between the server and the client (12 O.S. § 158.2). No fee is published: call for a quote.
Do I have to travel to Oklahoma City to hire Daniel?
No. The first consultation can be a phone call or a video call. A meeting in person is arranged privately in the Oklahoma City area.
Is my town covered if it is not in the table?
Yes. The table lists six reference points, not a boundary. Daniel takes matters anywhere in Oklahoma.
Is travel part of the cost?
Yes. Mileage is one of the factors that set the cost, and it is set out in the written agreement before work begins.
