Terms of use

The terms for using the Fuller Investigations website.

These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Effective 2 October 2026. Last updated 2 October 2026.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Fuller Investigations, the private investigation practice of Daniel Fuller, a licensed private investigator based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Fuller Investigations is a private investigation practice, not a law enforcement agency.

Contacting Fuller Investigations does not start an engagement

Calling, texting, booking or having a consultation does not make you a client and does not commit either side to anything. The first consultation is free.

Work begins only after both sides sign a written agreement and the retainer is paid. That agreement sets the scope of the work and its terms, and it controls if it ever conflicts with these terms.

Fuller Investigations may decline any matter, for example because of a conflict of interest, an improper purpose or scheduling.

No guaranteed outcomes

No investigator can promise what the facts will show. Nothing on this site promises a particular result, finding, court outcome or timeline. What the written agreement commits to is lawful work and an accurate written report of what was done and what was found.

Lawful purposes only

You agree to use this site and any services only for lawful purposes. Fuller Investigations will not:

  • place a tracking device on a person’s vehicle or belongings without that person’s consent;
  • record conversations it is not part of, or place hidden cameras where people expect privacy;
  • access anyone’s phone, email or other accounts without authorization;
  • obtain private records by pretending to be someone else;
  • enter private property without permission;
  • claim to be a police officer or government official.

Fuller Investigations will not take, and may end, a matter whose purpose appears to be to harass, threaten, stalk or harm someone.

Not an emergency service

If someone is in danger right now, call 911. If someone is missing, report it to local law enforcement first; a private investigator can work alongside that report.

Use of information

Research and reports from Fuller Investigations are not consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You agree not to use them to decide whether someone is hired, rented to, insured or given credit.

Confidentiality

What you share is kept confidential and disclosed only as you direct or as the law requires. The privacy policy explains how information is handled. Please do not send photos, documents or sensitive details by text before the first conversation.

The site may contain errors or out-of-date information and may change at any time. It is provided as is. To the extent Oklahoma law allows, Fuller Investigations is not liable for losses that come from relying on its general information.
